Verified Renter First moving in was awesome. We didn’t expect anything almost like luxury and very spacious, but after a few more weeks staying in, there has been roaches everywhere the dryer giving out, the knob on the microwave broken, looks like someone glued it on, the stove top broken two out of 10 would not recommend.

Bugs Galore, Noisy neighbors, limited parking Nasty neighbors causing bugs to come into our apartment, pest control has been out 3 times already and they arent even near the food its in the cabinets with the dishes and the spices, neighbors partying all night long, we submitted multiple reports to the onsite “officer” and to the office, nothing has changed. There is so much “paid” covered parking there is barely any open parking by our unit, my wife and i have to walk 2-3 buildings away to get to our actual unit.

Verified Renter Like I said before, if you don't live close to the office, nobody care about the other side; there are dogs poop all over the place, a lot of noise and more problems. I sent, probably, 2 or 3 messages about bathroom mold and nobody come here to see. So, we been here for 3 years and we're glad to move.

Verified Renter Management changed my move in date 1-2 days before moving. Then I got put in a unit without a functioning oven. The Temperature gauge was broken and when I put in a request to have it fixed they refused. Nick the apartment manager said they wouldn’t replace the oven and that the part was no longer being made. He suggested I look up a picture and draw each little notch on the temperature dial. With a Quick Look on the internet I found the part and had to pay and fix my self. Horrible management. Terrible Communication I lived at The Avenues of Kennesaw from the end of January 2024 until December 2024. I was on a 13-month lease but decided to terminate early so I could move back to Athens, Georgia to finish my degree. Before making the move, I asked twice what the financial penalty would be. A Concerning Living Experience BE CAREFUL STAYING HERE I'm a current resident and have been for the past 10 months. Living here will make you feel like a cash cow waiting to be milked and scared by the end of your lease. Apartment quality - It's fine, as it should be for it being a newer complex. Verified Renter I was lied to when going over the apartment application and while viewing apartment model unit. Never was I told my unit would come with black kitchen cabinets, and to top it off they were chipped. The restroom came with black cabinets as well which was all a surprise because I was in the assumption that it was going to be similar to the model unit. Verified Renter Apartment are a good size but that is the only good thing I can say about this complex. Not safe, cars get broken into, staff is not friendly, and now pool is closed indefinitely.
