Verified Renter The only reason I stay here is because of the proximity to my job. The trash is constantly overflowing because non residents use the dumpsters. My neighbors don't pick up after their dogs and the dog park trash cans are rarely emptied. My unit is the only one in the building that hasn't been upgraded. Don't Be Fooled by the Tour — Reality is Much Different Potential renters should be aware that the model unit shown during tours is not representative of the complex's overall condition. While that specific unit is well-maintained, the majority of the available apartments are in poor repair. Additionally, my experience with the management office—specifically Randi—was disappointing. Verified Renter This community has gotten louder over time with arguments, fights, and loud music from passing cars. The gate is always broken or malfunctioning. Roaches will get worse if pest control does not diagnose and treat. Mass emails are sent every day to remind about community rules
Verified Renter Noisy neighbors since I’ve moved in. Nothing positive to say besides I have a roof over my head…… I’m ready to move. They bill you for trash monthly but every other week your trash doesn’t get picked up.
Verified Renter Email communications are horrible and slow, if any response from an actual person, instead of a generic one, is disappointing. I've received numerous emails telling me to sign my new rental agreement, but I haven't received a reply about a discount.
Awful I had many issues in this apartment and so everybody I know living at Stella. Those good reviews are so weird ( baits?). Insects and roaches, trash management, multiple leaking problems, car got stolen...A real nightmare. Do not live there!
Verified Renter Was great til TAM took over and cant pay bills on time and charge us 6 months after the fact …. TAM should never been allowed to buy the complex they are the worst
