Verified Renter This used to be a great property. Now it has gone downhill. Multiple manager changes, doors always broken, promise of a food truck weekly and it only happened once, among other things! Would be nice if you could call the office and someone actually answer the phone and help you.

Verified Renter I’ve been here 4 years and in that time frame I truly adored how maintenance would out immediately assess the situation resolve the problems but now it may take up to a week for them to come out and then another week to resolve the problem. Management is not as transparent as it used to be

Cheap rent not worth the headache Gates been broken for over 6 months and management won't fix it. I've seen cars on blocks from wheels being stolen, neighbors car converters stolen, broken windows, and my car has been broken into. The property is not maintained and the grass will get about 12-18in before they mow it. Earlier this year the grass got over 2ft high. Staff is friendly, but management is poor. You are better off paying slightly more for nicer units, property, and security

The community has been neglected and is not being maintained to the standards of “luxury apartments.” Trash has been accumulating everywhere (e.g., food scraps, broken glass, cans, bottles, paper products, dog poop). Verified Renter it’s ok i like the building and my apartment but it’s kinda boujie in a bad way, parking regulations are too strict for how much we pay, staff is ok galen and the girl at the front desk are always nice but everyone else is kinda snappy sometimes

Save your money and move else where. If you’re looking for an apartment home that actually cares about your residency and tends to you, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I’ve been a resident here for 2 years and nothing is wrong with the apartment unit itself, but the community and management is something I would steer clear of. Verified Renter For the most part it’s a safe and good environment to live at. The maintenance men are not great, at first they were really good but after awhile it’s been different men and they don’t respond to maintenance issues at all. Also the soccer field is the worse because people come play who don’t live here and there so loud.

Verified Renter Office is great. Bug infestations are a real problem and everything wood needs to be replaced in the entire complex. Pricing is too much but with inflation it's unfortunately normal.

0 stars not available Terrible management, the parking lot and grass area infront of my building are always a swamp, murders, theft and other criminal activities are common here. They should consider moving the police station to this apt complex. Least professional and friendly staff I've seen. Maintenance likes to use bandaid to fix problems, bedbugs are common, lose outlets, ac units that can't keep up.
