I found a fake nail in my carpet, and the floors are stained/not cleaned properly, as they turn the bottom of my feet black (gross). I put in many maintenance requests, but no one showed up, or they canceled when given permission to enter with a key when I wasn't home. (The dishwasher isn't turning on, the fan isn't working in the office, and the battery needs changing on the A/C settings.) Will never recommend to anyone If you like communication from your office, this is not the place for you. They don’t answer the phone and they don’t complete work orders. They definitely close them out and they will try and charge you when you do leave for normal wear and tear if you stayed in there for over a year, they will charge you for the things that they are supposed to repair the office Lady is very rude. Verified Renter Rent keeps going up and nothing gets fixed pool always dirty no playground for the kids and to top it off the main office for Rancho de Luna is closed and we have to go to the other property for anything
Verified Renter Security and safety are an issue. Tenant upstairs constantly allowing homeless people into her apartment. Don’t feel safe walking pet or even leaving my apartment.

Verified Renter When we first moved in, it was great. But then they sold to a new management company and it's gone downhill. People coming in staying maybe six months and then they're out. Trash everywhere. For the last two months there have been mattresses and box springs on top of bushes next to the dumpster.
Verified Renter I've been living here at Sandstone for 6 years now and it appears to be the same community. The grounds don't appear to be a kept as when I first moved in. In my area the grass used to be nice and green, it looks dead now, dead bushes, trees are still here from the freeze in 21'. It's a nice community to live in other than that, the staff is nice, maintenance is nice and get to you in a decent time to fix your issue.
