Verified Renter This apartments have clean environment, but here is broken elevator for a long time and very poor soundproofing. I can hear snoring coming from next door.

Verified Renter Just waiting on maintenance as we have leaking AC and broken bathroom. The apartment was not reviewed or inspected before we received keys and are moving in.

Please read this in entirety. Reconsider living here... PLEASE If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. Zero stars wouldn't suffice. At the start of my lease in June of 2023, I had an amazing experience. This was my first apartment. Every month, something would deter that experience. Since the old staff was replaced, my experience plummeted. Management is careless, unresponsive and lack empathy. Verified Renter Honestly, the unit is good but something just not right. First of all, the cabinets are quite difficult to use - the kitchen cabinet is not deep enough so it is hard to put kitchenware inside there. Though the cabinet looks very new but it is not designed properly - the board is too wide so there's already a curve now so you can't really put too much things on there. Verified Renter AVOID AVOID AVOID! When I first moved into Las Colinas Heights, I was enticed by the great price complimented with the large floor plans. However upon move in, our unit hadn't even been cleaned. We had issues with multiple things including the AC not blowing cold air, leaks in the roof, mold in the kitchen cabinets, paint peeling in the tubs, nails being found lodged in the carpet. Verified Renter It would have been a 5 but solely for the fact that I've been six years and have been though 10 managers and about the same amount of maintenance crew.

Verified Renter Horrible. Not happy move in. & office does not respond to emails or calls. Only 1 pool open by the leasing office. Other pool is closed & dirty which should be clean & open as the apartment complex is huge & 1 pool is not enough - it does get full.

Verified Renter Management is disappointing. The manager and assistant manager are extremely rude and not helpful. I’m not comfortable going down to them the girl and the other guy at the front desk are amazing but the management is horrible. Elevators are always broken. Gates are always broken. Now they’re closing on Wednesday also so we can get packages or Deliveries. Just didn’t expect this when I moved here

Verified Renter We all hate it here since the new management. That is why not if all tenants have left. There is no groundskeeper to keep up with the grounds or the overall building. Management is beyond unprofessional. If you talk to them, about a concern. They tell you it is not their problem.
