New assistants sucks Besides the fact that she’s always on her phone she also has a terrible attitude. She’s so rude and replies to your questions unprofessionally. She has no business working in an office environment she has zero customer service talks to you like she’s talking to a homegirl. Verified Renter Very hard to get in contact with anyone at office and phone messages are never returned. You have to call another apartment complex if you need to speak to anyone and it takes days for anyone to return your call.

Verified Renter The amount of issues, lack of communication with staff. Blatant lies from specifically Iva, my shower hasn’t worked in 17 monthss. This is absolutely ridiculous and highly disappointing as someone who pays their rent at min. 3 months in advanced.

Verified Renter Amalfi has been progressively going downhill since the new management company took over. They are running off the amazing staff who built positive relationships with the tenants and gave Amalfi their well-deserved 5 star reviews. The office is so shorthanded now that you can’t talk to anyone in person, except a temp who can only take a message. No one answers the phone. Verified Renter They didn't fix anything.. I didn't pass any of the inspection I got from housing because they didn't fix anything.. The people above me where so loud I complained no one did anything.. they don't clean up around the property

Under new “management” A new out of state management company has taken over and is running this place into the ground. Our amenities and services have been slashed as rent and fees have been increased. Pest control is ineffective and my apartment is infested with ants again. My first request for service went unnoticed until I filed a complaint. After the complaint I had to wait another week for service. Verified Renter Pros: the apartments are clean and safe. The floor plans are well thought out. My last apartment had the same square footage but a tiny kitchen and bathroom and an abnormally large bedroom. This floor plans has the same space but a big kitchen, a bathroom I can actually walk around in, and a bedroom that's normal sized. Cons: the lighting in the kitchen is weird.
