Management Doesn’t Care about Resident Safety I have been living here for over a year now so I am very aware of everything going on. People are always sitting out in their cars late at night (with no lights) for hours on end just loitering and creeping out residents. Refused to fix anything They refused to fix the air conditioning, dishwasher or toilet. For more than 2 months I lived without AC (in August!) and I went 3 months without a dishwasher. When I talked to management in person they would promise to get it fixed. And then nothing would happen. They never answer requests The phone never gets answered here. I don’t understand how because there is always someone in the office. You literally will have to walk up to the office to get someone’s attention because they will not answer..

Do not waste your time or money The property is really nice during the day, but it does have several downsides. There are periods of car break ins and it doesn't feel safe at night. Trash is constantly an issue. Another huge problem is that the property can't keep maintenance people because of the MASSIVE workload MAA requires of their maintenance team. Verified Renter Everything is good so far except that the community is having problems getting the trash picked up, and that brings wild animals or rat problems since it stays our all night.
Verified Renter We pay for parking but we have had people park in one of our spots 5 times this month (October 2023). I have asked multiple times for solutions from the front office but I am not getting any. As I write this, someone is in our spot and we have to find a visitor spot. Horrible experience!
Verified Renter It's pretty here but I really hate the smell of cigarette smoke that is entering my bathroom almost every day. I've told the office about it, but other than telling me they would talk to my neighbor about it, I haven't heard anything. Also the smell still comes back almost every day.
Stolen truck My truck got stolen in front of my apartment parking lot today. Made a police report and office management couldn’t show me the video because they need the manager. Don’t believe that is true. They never answer the phone. I’m Scared to live here. They don’t have security either. Rent went up so high and everything is outdated. Full of cockroaches. Please don’t come here.
