Verified Renter Great to come home every day. Have been here for 7 year and have seen a decline recently due to the newer renters. Seeing more trash around the community. Seems like people don’t appreciate the place they live. I’ve always believed this community to be highend until this year.

Maintenance staff so bad it put my life in danger. Avoid at all costs. MAINTENANCE Their maintenance staff is dangerously incompetent, and I'm not exaggerating. My heat unit was pumping some kind of chemical-smelling gas into my apartment in large quantity. I specifically told the maintenance staff NOT to turn on the heat or, if they had to, to open all the doors and windows. Unresponsive and uncaring This place has gone downhill. Management encourages you to reach out for assistance, but their phone mailbox is full and emails are never responded to. We've been calling about noisy neighbors partying until 2am for months now, damage to multiple neighbors cars from these neighbors driving drunk, and the only response ive gotten from them is to call the overnight security. Schemes to strand residents out of more charge, 100’s of dollars of extra charges including paying a convenience fee for paying rent as required. A garbage pickup service that only pick up 13 gallon garbage bags Monday through Thursday. Off on weekends and Holidays when needed most. Verified Renter Unhappy about the process on signing my new lease. Have spoken to 5 office members about renewing each time I’ve been they’ll send it to me. Don’t Lease Here I had a very disappointing experience at this apartment complex. While the apartment itself is nice, the overall management and communication are severely lacking. The front desk staff is difficult to reach, you can never get them to answer the phone and the property manager is rarely available or responsive to emails. Verified Renter Rough, the apartments were infested prior to our moving in. There is noticeable water damage that was never fixed prior to moving in, during the make-ready, they did not replace the counters that have burn holes all the way through the laminate and there is no caulking in the kitchen or bathrooms. The low income housing discount aspect is the main reason we are still here.
