You Have To Check These Out In viewing this property I was very pleased with what I saw as well as the level of professionalism the staff had in showing me around and making sure I had all the information i needed to make a decision. And they are reasonably priced!
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE STAFF I visited this property on 4/23/14 and was very impressed by the staff and the upkeep of the property. I am excited about making this my home.
Two thumbs up for the mangers at Limestone apts, especially Kionnedra Stevenson, the Community Director Since I have lived here at Limestone I have gone through at least 4 sets of mangers. This set of mangers are the first that really seems to care and are mangers of their word. The Upgrades that are being done really has made a difference. We even have security when means they seem to care about our well being.

Verified Renter roaches are in bulk. bug screens are not installed in windows resulting coming of spiders etc services are slow. need recreation for residents also
Management will Lie I went to look at these apartments. Found out I was approved. Then got an email a week later saying I was rejected. I went back to find out why and they told me they are just waiting for the manager to let me know directly. A lot of running around, not being honest. I then got a call saying that I needed to send in my check stubs. So, I did and still did not get in. Very unprofessional. Classless. I don't recommend this place.
Horrible The roaches are really bad here. Really bad. No matter how clean we keep it, every time we turn on a light, they scatter everywhere. We tried 2 different roach killers but it barely touched them. The kids are another problem. The crawl all over the vehicles, throw rocks at your windows and doors, threaten you, and scream outside all hours of the night. People constantly go through the apartments blaring their music. Money Grab I lived here for 3 years and would not recommend this property based on my recent experience. I was approved for a unit transfer and was originally told I could move in February. That date kept getting pushed back to March, and I was still expected to pay additional fees despite the delay not being my fault. Due to the uncertainty, I was forced to find another place to live. Verified Renter When I moved in the apartment was a mess and I was unable to move in for a few days. I am still finding things wrong and getting more annoyed with it all. I was lied to by the former office staff about things such as being able to leave valet trash can outside, a ceiling fan, not having key fobs when they did and i had to wait almost two months for it, along with a lot of other things.
