It is the management company who once again dragged their feet so residents were unable to enjoy the pool (4th out of the 5 summers I have been here. ) I moved here because of the pool… and almost every summer there is a problem that they wait UNTIL the summer to work on which leaves us unable to use the amenities promised at move in. Verified Renter Place is nice, but I pay for parking, and in the three months I’ve lived here, I’ve had to report my spot being taken four times, and one of those four, the resident who had taken my spot was extremely hostile to me, and a friend I had with me. I emailed the office, to no response, and have since seen this same resident park their vehicle in numerous reserved spots, with their own verbal admission that they do not have a reserved spot of their own. Verified Renter Overall, not positive severe lack of communication from management staff rent is excessive for the amenities is provided. Pool is very rarely cleaned, even though they close it weekly for cleaning frequently there’s debris in the pool. My car was towed from a reserve spot that I pay for monthly. Maintenance issues are swept under the rug and take months to complete.

Worst living experience ever Me and my husband have lived here 3 years. Ive rented over 5 different apartments and this is the worst living experience we both have ever had. Place is not kept up, office never answers the phone, and it will take months if u have any repairs.

Verified Renter The office is hard to get in contact with and now we receive multiple emails about tow enforcement after 4th of July. Won't reimburse you when your car was illegally towed.

Verified Renter Well this is the second review for the complex, honestly I like to leave there! But there a few things that haven’t been fix in the gym, treadmill been put for the past to months, cleaning in the gym only once I send emails of complaints! Pool rules are not being followed people are always smoking and drinking in there! Trash pickup not always shows up to do their job, I can’t find parking spots at 7:00 pm because there a-lot of cars that are not parked that are not residents.
