Verified Renter Great apartments with great amenities and ambiance The only thing is about cockroaches in the apartment They never go The staff need to listen to the residents a little more

Verified Renter My apartment is nice but it took 2 months to get ac and bathroom fixed which is not good. Also have to watch statements like a hawk to be sure and to get refunds is very hard

Verified Renter Management has been terrible. Takes forever to get ahold of someone. You are charged not only for water but sewer and drainage, have to find your own electric. So many fees they don’t tell you about.

Verified Renter Very nice and comfy apartments I would just stop the valet trash, there are ppl that are nasty and leaves their trash outside their door for days letting it leak and it smells like garbage when you walk up or down the stairs

RUDE MANAGEMENT If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at this apartment complex are not only incredibly rude, but they’re also liars who couldn’t care less about their tenants’ health or safety. We’ve been dealing with an infestation of crickets—and I’m not talking about a few here and there. We’re talking about 40+ crickets a day that we have to kill ourselves. They’ve filled our closets, they’re in our bed, and we even find them in the bathroom drawers! We’ve contacted management countless times, and all they do i... read more

Verified Renter Horrible experience here. Don’t move to this complex. Area is dirty. Apartments have pests. Leasing office can be so rude. Work orders are never taken care of. 0/10 would recommend.

Verified Renter We have had nothing but problems since moving in. We moved into a roach infested apartment. Our light bill was $400 for the first few months without us running the AC, obviously indicating a problem. It was brushed off for so long. The pool is always green and dirty. The staircase’s railing is failing and rotting away. Ally trash service employees are so lazy and not worth the money I’m paying in fees. STAY AWAY attitude from so called management people give fake names takes weeks to get anything fixed and that is rare never make appointment for maintenance they just show up when they want

Verified Renter towne west has very nice space in each rooms in your beautiful apartment. other than the nice space the apartments could do much better with providing cleanliness & safeness to the community. front office most definitely has work to do & it starts with them.
