Verified Renter They increase your rent every year and refuse to update your outdated appliances. No one is ever at the front office and maintenance does a crappy job.

Verified Renter Parking is horrible! I keep getting charged for renters insurance, but I have renters insurance through my car insurance, so Amalfi owes me money!

Don't rent here! At first glance the property looks clean and well maintained and the staff seems very nice and accommodating; then once they have your holding deposit, they take 3 days to let you know you're "conditionally approved" without any explanation as to why, ask for first and full month's rent as deposit while tacking on several other fees in addition to the rent which aren't made very transparent at the start. Great floorplan design for townhouse While the floorplan design is terrific, I have lived here for 5 years and management is less than stellar. The highlights: Charging fees that are not agreed to in my lease Virtually no parking and management does not care to do anything about it. Terrible place to live! Most of the front office staff is rude leaving only one person there that is kind. No one ever really does anything to fix the problem though. Maintenance don’t actually maintain a Thing. They only pseudo fix things, but never actually address the real problem. I’ve had to live with roaches and rodents in my apartment on several occasions. Verified Renter Visitors permit is getting really difficult. Esp if there are any last min visitors. Trash collection is also not working out. Most of the time trash is not collected. Phone calls are not answered.

Verified Renter So many things don't work. I've never been able to swim in the 2 summers I lived here. The gym has faulty equipment. The gates didn't work for months.
