Verified Renter It's been not good to say the least. The apartment falls apart every week, the washer and dryer units were out for over a year, when staff is asked to do something they forget and it's never brought up again. Like me asking for my dog to be added to the lease and they never did it and it's been 3 months. I'm not even gonna anymore cause I'm not renewing this lease

Verified Renter Terrible customer service, don't solve financial situations, they ignore what the lease states you owe then I am told to just pay your rent even when the accounting is wrong. Unacceptable Conditions and Poor Response I had a very disappointing experience with this apartment complex. My daughter, who is renting her first apartment on her own for school, was assured that the unit would be clean and ready for her move-in. After we dropped our kids off for school we decided to head back to our unit to grab our work clothes around 8:30am our entire front room and closet was flooded because the vendors never turn the water off after leaving the hot water heater being left in the middle of our kitchen. Going through it… My family and I moved in here over a year ago and we’ve had at least 4 different managers and staff members as well. We’ve been living with mold in our unit and a constant leak from our hot water heater and dishwasher. Our dishwasher hasn’t been working for 3 months and they keep telling us to wash them like the old days until they order a new one. Verified Renter Office staff is rude. No on call maintenance. Pool is always closed. Can’t retain maintenance employees. Good community but horrible place to live because of staff and maintenance issues.

I never write reviews, but I My wife and I had a terrible experience with the property management. The first month there the a/c unit flooded the bathroom and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. Then the next week it went completely out, they put a small a/c unit in the living room, but the bedroom wouldn’t cool down. It took almost a month to get a new a/c unit.
