Verified Renter One of the first residents and have seen much change. Went from being a very nice place to not so nice. There is always something not working and it doesn’t get fixed right away. Suppose to be secured parking but anyone can come in and out and my car was broken into and they stole some things. Just upsetting.

Don’t move here I strongly advise against renting here. The management adds numerous unnecessary extra fees to the base rent, making it much more expensive than it initially seems. The hallways are always dirty, and the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from your neighbors. Over the past year, there have been multiple changes in management, leading to significant disorganization. Verified Renter Not a very good experience , I was placed in a one bedroom apartment when I’d signed a lease for a 2br with upgrades…. Months later I was placed in a 2br but not with upgrades . I also had to be the exterminator getting rid of 2 rats that were in the apartment on arrival but still had to pay for the exterminator fee…. I am very disappointed

Verified Renter Honestly, the unit is good but something just not right. First of all, the cabinets are quite difficult to use - the kitchen cabinet is not deep enough so it is hard to put kitchenware inside there. Though the cabinet looks very new but it is not designed properly - the board is too wide so there's already a curve now so you can't really put too much things on there. Verified Renter AVOID AVOID AVOID! When I first moved into Las Colinas Heights, I was enticed by the great price complimented with the large floor plans. However upon move in, our unit hadn't even been cleaned. We had issues with multiple things including the AC not blowing cold air, leaks in the roof, mold in the kitchen cabinets, paint peeling in the tubs, nails being found lodged in the carpet.
