Verified Renter It started out great!! That changed once PHA//PFC took over. They are slowing fixing things . I don’t believe this is against the current property managers as a lot of my issues started before they were there, my issue is with the TAM residential not the actual people in the office. I believe that they were placed in a bad situation and have to clean up a mess they didn’t make. Rent is our biggest bill and we want to live comfortably and not be taken advantage of. Life is already hard enough.

Verified Renter The amenities almost never work and are not fixed in a timely manner with poor communication from the management. The pool was supposed to be fixed and open on Memorial Day. Took till last week of June to open. It wasn’t even open the summer before. Then it broke again a week later with no timeline to get fixed. And is still broken. Verified Renter They called me the afternoon before my move to say that the unit wasn't ready. And there were actually no washer and dryer connections as promised. This was literally my only ask when viewing the property. I signed this lease a month ago and they chose to call me at the very last minute before my move? Verified Renter The maintenance needs an improvement and experienced skills. The landscaping service is nice. Bug spray service is needed. The water issue in the home need some fixing.

Verified Renter I’ve been here for 2 years and I plan on leaving once my lease is up. I’ve watched this property go downhill and now it just seems like no one cares. There’s always issues with noise and trash at the pool. Gym equipment has been down for about a year. Work orders are now taking forever to get done and not completed. Plus my upstairs neighbors are so inconsiderate. I use to like it over here but it just seems like nothing is being done in the past couple of months.

Verified Renter Everything is good for most part but, I just wish there was more effort here like landlords put so much effort at sierra apartments. We don’t have anyone at the office. The pool was closed mostly all summer. There is no park.

Verified Renter The pool is poorly maintained. There are constant gate issues. There have been multiple break-ins into my vehicle. The washing machine consistently leaks water despite multiple attempts to fix this from maintenance. I was unnecessarily charged for renters insurance, even though I had an outside policy. There’s always dog poop on the property. The rent has only increased. I will be moving out in September.

Verified Renter This is the worst place I have ever lived. The front desk staff and maintenance trash. The apartments have roaches, bed bugs, and homeless people all around. In 6 months of me being here they've changed owners. Groups of men be out drinking and partying late with music up. Never fixed a water issue I have in my dishwasher, loose toilet that feels like it's going to sink in at any moment. Verified Renter The walk way are filthy from the tenants leaving their garbage out, the walkway is so stained, I was told you can't leave your garbage bin or garbage outside your door, it don't look good at all??
