Poor customer service I give these apartments zero stars. Not because of the current residents or poor maintenance but because of their management. To be more specific, their assistant manager. To live in a luxury apartment complex, paying as much as I do, I at least expect to be treated with a little dignity by the office staff. The assistant manager seems to know everyone's business and has no problem gossiping about it to whomever will listen. Renovations are a farce Nothing about the renovations are legitimate. Everything is just painted over to look better, but once you open the cabinets and drawers you will find construction debris and failing hardware. Do not move in here. They will place work orders that will go unanswered because there is no accountability for them to complete anything. The lease has no clause about completion of maintenance within 24 or 48 hours. Do not move here The positive reviews on this site cannot be real. I have lived here for a year and I have been counting down the days until my lease is up. If you like huge cockroaches, dog poop, garbage everywhere and horrible neighbors this is the place to be. My apartment was invested with huge cockroaches when I moved in to correct the problem the pest control company smeared brown roach bate all over my walls and cabinets to ATTRACT the roaches...and it worked. The Worst Worst apartments in the area gate does not work. Nothing gets fixed right. High theft area my car has been broken into and kids bikes stolen. Management does not care about people at all and the neighborhood has gone down alot! Do not move here you will be stuck in with a lease you can't break!

Rude and loud residents at all hours, courtesy officer is NONEXISTENT. It's a fortune to live here, and every weekend we have to literally wear headphones in our own apartment to block out the screaming and drunk people at the unusable pool. Trash sits in hallway all day. There are rOACHES EVERYWHERE. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU CAN FORGET ANY HELP FROM ANYONE. Please do yourself a huge favor. GreenTree Place Apartments - Jacksonville, FL I filled out an application on June 6, 2017. I paid my fees on June 7, 2017. On June 8, 2017 I was approved and signed my lease on online with a move in date of June 15, 2017. Cleanliness This unit use to be a clean unit years ago . The last years we have had issues with a Bed bug and Roach infestation all over the units. The company needs to clean this building up. Management has declined in the last years .

WARNING: TOWING HIGH ENFORCED AND PARKING SUCKS On June 4, 2017, my boyfriend had to park my car in front of the office, due to the fact there was no parking left inside of the gate. On June 5, 2017, I went to start my car only to find out my battery died. I went to get a visitor pass from the front office so that way my vehicle would not get towed. The rent is cheap for a reason The management is rarely in the office during "open" hours and when they are around the service is anything but good. For example, if they take a package for you, and you have a delivery confirmation from the sender, they may still tell you it's not there for several days because they didn't bother to look. They've also been known to accept food packages that should be left at doorways and let them rot in the office.
