Verified Renter Good so far, I was approved quickly and the kitchen is very spacious, but I found a live roach in the cabinets during my first move-in day. The leasing office seems a bit understaffed, for a complex with 4 buildings, but both the desk ladies and the assistant manager were very friendly and personable. Maintenance was quick to come fix the few issues with the unit from the previous tennet, but it was slightly concerning that one of the gates leading into our building doesn’t lock like it should.

The community is generally quiet, and the location is convenient with easy access to nearby shopping, restaurants, and major roadways. The office staff has been courteous and responsive whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

Verified Renter The complex is still nice, not as quiet as it used to be, but not bad. The pool seems a little dirtier than it used too and rules aren’t followed. We can no longer reserve the main house, so can’t plan a get together with family or friends. I would recommend The Retreat, the office staff have always been helpful and courteous
