They said they would be here in the AM and they were here at 10:00 AM. Half hour later AC was up and running. Very satisfied. By the way, they were the HVAC that installed the unit in 2003. Dig a good job then also. <br />

The service call went very well. He checked my thermostat that I had concerns about because of dry wall work and duct cleaning that had been done in my house...I wanted to make sure that there was no accumulation of dust in the thermostat, even though it had been working fine. Christopher Abshire, the serviceman, thoroughly explained all the checklist items he had done and also explained why their fee was a bit higher than others I had researched.
