Work was professional. The guy (sorry I don't remember his name) tolerated "help" from my 5-year-old grandson.

They said they would be here in the AM and they were here at 10:00 AM. Half hour later AC was up and running. Very satisfied. By the way, they were the HVAC that installed the unit in 2003. Dig a good job then also.
