The serviceman from Team Bob's was prompt, polite, and professional, He diagnosed and fixed the problem of a leaky basement valve very quickly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. We would use Team Bob's again.

It was as good as an experience as it could have been considering I was delivered some bad news. They also provided me a lot of knowledge on avoiding having issues in the future. I was educated on how to maintain my furnace is a nice non condense ding way. I really appreciated that being I am a first time home owner. <br />

After my review on Angie's List came out, Team Bob's contacted me and arranged to check out the humidifier and repair it. They were very polite and cordial. The repairman came out on 7/22/14 and replaced the inoperable part. All is well now.

We were out to the {removed member name} residence in December to complete annual maintenance on his furnace. It is at that time that it was brought to our attention that the humidifier was not functioning properly. While at that time the technician should have made the recommendation to take a look at it and see what the challenge was at that time. They were and are the most pleasent folks you will ever talk to on the phone. <br /> The appointment was made and they came 15 minutes early and asked if that was OK---are you kidding?! Most contractors are luck to even be timely. We had two other bids and one guy never showed and tried to do it over the phone. <br /> The price was very good and they promised insall in one week. turns out the hot water heater was not the problem (no hot water to shower)..so had to have another plumber solve the problem..but we have a new hot water heater and our still good one is in some dump some where. Team Bob was quite prompt in doing the unnecessary work and did finally find the real problem, but their price was too high to resolve the real problem (replacing a mixing valve on shower). <br />
