We were very happy with the service that Team Bob's provided and will use them again and recommend them to family and friends. The Service Technician Mike was very knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. They are not the cheapest but you always get what you pay for. <br />

They took readings on all parts and safety settings They told us their parameters and provided us a status - checked all the motors and gave us an opinion on the reliability of the furnace and humidifier. He was given the opportunity to replace the humidifier if needed, however he told us it wasn't needed and that the filter was even fine without replacement.

Team Bob's installed my furnace and heat pump a few years ago. I have them come to inspect the equipment once in the fall and once in the spring. This was a scheduled inspection for the furnace. He called to give let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. He was on time, very polite and professional. He inspected the equipment inside and outside the house and replaced the filter. I have and will continue to highly recommend Team Bob's to anyone considering a new furnace or cooling/air conditioning equipment.

We appreciated the great service and would recommend Team Bobs. We have also been very happy with Mike Kantz, who does our furnace and central air check ups. Team Bob's is definitely our go-to place for heating/cooling and plumbing services. <br /> <br />

I have been using Team Bob's since we bought our home in '06. I have never been dissatisfied with their service. They call me (instead of the other way around) to schedule my service. Their prices are extremely reasonable. And I have had the same service technician every year, which not only confirms my belief he works for a quality company, but is also a reassurance that I continue to see the same person year after year who knows my home and my furnace. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

Team Bob's has provided annual maintenance for our furnace and AC for several years. Today, their technician was prompt, courteous and did a thorough job. He checked numerous components including, but not limited to the cycling, heat exchanger, blower, flame sensor, ignition, burner, fan, wiring and controls. As always, we are totally pleased with the service this company provides.

Our water heater wasn't working and we called Team Bob's in the morning to come out and take a look at it. They were here within two hours of the phone call to correct the problem with our water heater. The service techs Jerry and Stewart were very professional and explained the problem. They also told us of the charges up front before the work was performed so there were no surprises with the bill. We trust Team Bob's and know that the job will be done right every time! <br />

<p>Dave Oatley, plumbing technician, listened to my areas of concern and quickly summarized there to be a leak in the shower drain and my toilet leakage was primarily due to sweating (condensation). He explained how I could help remedy the sweating, but also came up with two different quotes to fix the problem. One was the total cost of repair for the 3 toilets to be replaced and the second was if I purchased the toilets myself.
