The service was average at best. They were short staffed and didn't have a greeter. We had an attentive server, but when my wife got her salad with a piece of salmon, the salmon was raw in the middle. She sent it back, and it came back with part of it still raw. She ate the edible part and we told the server. The manager came by and ultimately took it off the bill.... but still had an attitude with us.
After we were seated and placed our order, we waited over 40 minutes to get our food. Meanwhile 2 tables were seated in the meantime (a single and a 2 top) right next to us. They ordered, received their drinks, salads and entree's 10 minutes before us. And, they ordered the same thing we did! Once the food did arrive, it was bland and thrown together. Very disappointing. Terra Terroir is Terra Terrible.

The heated patio was too cold, the place was nearly empty, food and wine bla.
The hostess, the Burrata, and the charred brussels were excellent. Everything else was ho hum to plain bad.
We had a reservation and upon arrival they told us that outdoor seating was not available. The indoor dining experience is quite different than an outdoor experience. The overall look and feel is similar to a low budget hotel dining area. Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend to others.
We ordered the lamb special for entree and the lamb was tiny. We even received one bone with no chop. Asked for sauce on the side and it came on the lamb. Def not worth the price
The staff was overwhelmed and the food was undercooked
We were met with negative attitudes right at the door when we requested to be seated outdoors and were met with “yeah, you and everyone else” despite numerous open tables on the patio throughout our dinner. Waiter was inattentive and made us feel rushed and inconsequential. We were so excited to see that Terra Terroir was finally open after over a year of takeout only… but we won’t be in a hurry to return.
Soooo, Mediocre. We’ve been meaning to try this neighborhood favorite for awhile and when we did … so disappointed. For a restaurant renowned for its wine list, we wound up drinking meh wine. Since our dinners were incompatible wine-wise we had to order by the glass. Pretty sad selection, especially for the whites. Food was unremarkable, mostly reheated and off temp except for protein. Service was slow - expected and okay by us - but no personal connection.
