Ray was great but it did take 4hrs for me to get my car that is way too long for a service appointment especially when the car has no real issue.

I went to the dealership to test drive a car. The salesperson after a few customary questions started with a lecture on how its wastage of his time to show the car. I had to just leave the dealership instead of discussing more with such a sales person.

This dealership has completely lost my business, new ownership group and management have ruined what used to be a great place. Nissan themselves have now lost my business for life. The technician and service department immediately went for the most expensive option of replacing a transmission instead of a repair option for TCM and/or speed control sensor that the error code was showing for. I have been a lifelong Nissan person and will never own another or recommend them to anyone, ESPECIALLY this dealership.

Took 3 hours to do a tire rotation and an oil change. Should not of taken that long. 0/5 stars.
We had to bring my daughter's car in to have the engine replaced. However, we had to bring it back immediately afterwards two more times for them to get it working without engine warnings.
