Not a welcoming atmosphere like it was before. No car wash after service. I'll be looking for another Nissan service center.

There are indescribable hidden charges. Which are not seen at any other dealer. Customer is forced to pay those charges to receive the car keys.

I took my car in to get my first oil change. I asked the guy about my engine air filter and I was told that they would change it. It was told to me that they forgot to reset it. I found out that they never changed it.

Lies and poor communication for a simple oil change 3 visits for oil leaks after a 'free' oils change. I have 2 free oil changes left and will NOT be returning. Talked to the general manager after and discovered solid facts

The salesman was very nice. But the service is terrible. They have not kept their words on anything they offered. I can not believe the lies that they told. Do not trust anything they say. So disappointed.

My brand new car experience has been robbed by this service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even though I have a video of one. At this last visit they gave me an oil change but didn't rotate the tires saying it wasn't needed, even though the car now has 25k and has never had rotated tires. And now my service warranty is up. I used to be a loyal Nissan owner, but I will trade this car asap and never buy a Nissan again.

Longtime customer from 2013 car purchase and you don’t honor the tire rotation for tire purchase tells me you don’t need me. I want the sales tax to go to Bedford. I don’t need you anymore.Grubbs Nissan can service my car.
