The advisor was very friendly and professional. The drawback was that I had an appointment for oil change and it took almost three hours to complete.

Dropped off my car Saturday morning. No call nor acknowledgment of voicemails left. Went to pick it up at 4:45pm (they close at 5:00pm) and was told that my key fob had been lost and the service writer had been unable to find it. Needless to say NO work had been performed/completed. Had to return home to get second key out of safe. Returned to pick up my truck. I was told that they were ordering a new key fob and it would be in by Tuesday morning. I have sent a review. The service we received was slow- my husband waited 1 1/2 hour for an oil change and tire rotation. When the service person was asked about when the car would be ready he couldn't give any information about the car. the car was returned to my husband with an oil change but no tire rotation. He was told to return on the following Tuesday for the tire rotation. We received very good service with our previous car but the service we have received was unacceptable and we will not return. Easy Easy but did not like 3% credit card fee Easy but I did not like having to pay an extra 3% for using a credit card.

I dropped off my vehicle to get a detail which they said would take up to 5 hours, and then when I got a text saying it was ready I drove an hour to get it and it wasn't even detailed at all. Everything looked the complete same as when I dropped it off.

Oil change ptocess was goodPl other than running behinf schedule w appointment. However, I also have a popping noise tgat was reported same time that has yet to be repaired 2 mths later. Very Poor communication. Vehicle still not repaired. Status of process slow moving...no rental available. Extremely poor communication.

The sales manager kept manipulating the numbers in his favor by changing the listed price of the car to offset the dealership charge .

Long story short, I will not be revisiting this location. Was offered a car wash after my oil change, even got the email invoice for it and never received it.
