Terrible rip-off.On the Texas Nissan of Grapevine Terrible rip-off. On the Texas Nissan of Grapevine website, they state "Remember, the price you see online is the price you'll pay when you visit us in person - you can count on it!" That is a lie. $1,341.00 was added to the $9,000.00 advertised price of our used car for an "160-something-point" inspection (called "Dealer-Added Accessories: Reconditioning" on our invoice). Scheduled a test drive but was sold the day before. Drove an hour. Test drive was confirmed. "Upfront" price will add 1400 for reconditioning. Price advertised will go up.

The service advisor had issues getting everything done because he kept forgetting what was requested, what should have been a fairly quick visit took half a day. I was charged for a new key plus programming but again he forgot to get the key and have the work done. I used to go out of my way to get service here but things have gone seriously down hill. There are too many options so I doubt I’ll be back here.

Very bad experience. I don’t want to go over every single detail but a few items. 1. I spent 7 hours and half to buy my vehicle. 2. When I went to finance I declined the extended warranty because it was over priced he said if you don’t buy the warranty we will go up on the car price. 3. Middle row of seat. All need to be fixed and I requested that before I bought and they said yes we will order the piece and you can come back and will get fixed ... that was a lie .. they order hook and loop tape and they hand it to me and th... read more

Things started great. We had an honest conversation with the sales guy and didn't think we could make it work. I expressed some safety needs to the gentleman. Next day my wife made the deal but unfortunately this is where it went downhill. After accepting down payment 2 sales guys lied to my wife and then tried to sell the car after she had money down on it. Manager stepped in and finished things. Came in to Texas Nissan of Grapevine to buy a Maxima. Everything the car salesman did was excellent. When I went in to do financing the gentleman that did the financing for me, asked if I was interested in an extended warranty and i was interested in extending my warranty to 100k. He also asked if I was interested in a maintenance plan which I was on the fence about and the gentleman could see that. This dealership is a scam. Literally shady people working here. They added on a warranty that I never asked for or would be told I was receiving. They never even gave me the paperwork on said warranty I bought (which again they just put it on there without telling me) the car was listed sticker for 14k they took out 25k through a loan in my name when they said they would take it out for $15,200 (by the time tax title and license was factored in) with that being said I also put 5k down in cash so they basically just pocket my... read more

If I had seen this site I would not have gone there. The worst experience I've had with a dealership. I've been with Nissan for over 12 years and never had an issue. Customer service is the worst. The information they give you is different from Nissan Corporation.

Just bought a used car there a month ago. Salesman was ok, generic conversation. When it came time to negotiate the sales manager was deceptive and did not tell the truth as we found out while in finance. Almost walked out in finance but they were able to give us what we were looking for. Another issue is finance never gave us all the paperwork we signed and can not get them on the phone.
