Outstanding experience! My daughter’s car broke down the day before, and we were in urgent need of a reliable replacement. I have found the service at Texas Nissan to be prompt and efficient. They are very good at describing what they will do and always check with me if they need to do something more. They’re very good at explaining the situation. I’ve also found them to be excellent at communicating when my car will be ready and informing me when it is in fact ready.

Plus: People (Shawn & Leo) very pleasant & efficient. +++++ Like the service advisors a lot - make you feel special. . Quite nice! Minus: Waiting room typical (dated) and not enough seats. Nothing special. If you’re used to service waiting area and amenities at Sewell - you’ll miss it. Go look at service areas at Sewell BMW in Grapevine for the gold standard.

Good location and friendly on walk in appointments. Had to get an oil change but was short on time but they got me in and out within half an hr

They are so nice and helpful. My car is done right the first time. They use Uber to get me back to work which I really appreciate, so fast and easy.
