We all know when you walk in to buy a car, the individual you get for a salesperson is a lotto. My husband and I won the lotto when we were lucky enough to be introduced to Elix! We couldn't believe that he had only been there 3 months, and...had never sold cars before. He was like a seasoned veteran, but he was a newbie with a fresh new attitude. He was amazing!!! And, for someone who just turned 28, that is incredible. He is a huge asset to Texas Nissan. Do not let him go!

It went well for me, the only bad thing was that they charged me a fee for using my credit card, I didn't like that.

I’ve noticed improvement from when I first started visiting the service department. The service associates are now more attentive and helpful than they were before. Nice improvement from the earlier experience

Samantha was amazing. She was so attentive and tried hard to get the warranty department to cover all of the issues with my new car. The process is exhausting and unnecessary. Although not all items were able to get corrected, I know that she did the best she could, given Nissan’s policies. Samantha is professional, friendly, and very responsive. She is the best service center employee I have worked with.
