AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! ALL LIES AND BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I had a horrible experience yesterday with a salesman at the dealership. I was lied to and misled intentionally by the salesman. Went here last month and they left my way extremely wet inside which caused a mildew scent to steep in the car. I went to have it detailed by a professional that cost me $175. So much for a "ZacTek full Detail"

Stay away from this place. The use predatory car lending practices by not disclosing things they should. Like they will sale you an extended "life" time warranty on your certified used car and not tell you that the warranty is only good at their location and you have to bring it in for every little thing. Light bulb burns out....you have to take it back to them....need an oil change....back to them. Then they make loans that they know and have been told that someone may not be able to pay. LIARS I learned recently that Texas Nissan of Grapevine flat out lied to my wife and me when we purchased a certified pre-owned Murano in February of 2019. We purchased an extended warranty (against my better judgement) that had a "disappearing deductible". While signing all the paperwork, I asked the finance manager if we took the vehicle to another Nissan dealership that was closer to our home if we would still pay the $100 deductible. This dealership does not value it's customers. In fact, the owner, Johnny Cantrell, personally didn't even consider me a customer although I bought a car from him because I hadn't had it serviced with him too. We purchased a used vehicle which had a full transmission failure at 76 K miles with only a 75 K mile warranty. Since not covered by the warranty I had it serviced by a private shop for much cheaper than Nissan. It failed again within 20 K miles. I was here for my new car service. First of all Nobody want to talk to you. I had to go to somebody boss guy to tell him that i am here for my car service and i dont know whom to talk. Because of him one of the employee got ready to listen. And it wasnt my walk in, i had my appointment but nobody cares. I got my car back after 5 hrs They have nice waiting room Coffee Donut They can do better

I want to start off by saying I have never written a bad review or negative post about anyone or any company ever in my life. BUT I just can't not share this horrific experience. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy a new car I HIGHLY advise against purchasing a NISSAN. I was advised against it and I didn't listen, and now my engine blew less than two years later and Nissan is refusing to pay for it even though it's still under warranty. Beware of purchasing an MPP extended warranty from Texas Nissan of Grapevine! We live in McKinney and were repeatedly assured by the Grapevine Nissan rep that the "no out of pocket" extended warranty included their "sister" store in McKinney with the exception of Zactec. This proved to be incorrect and a gross misrepresentation of the truth. After it taking almost all day to replace one connection and an oil change, not be able to get a return call, and the service tech taking a 2 hour lunch, they LOST the car. Thankfully it's a small lot. If you can, find somewhere else.
