It took 3 hours of waiting to get an oil change. Service rep did not give me any updates why it was taking so long. When I checked into my appointed time, the service rep said it would take 1 1/2 hours. I had to go to the Service Manager at the end of 3 hours to find out what was going on.
Had to return twice after service was completed due to the lack of care that went into my repair. Mistakes were made and service director lacked any responsibility by telling me mistakes happen.
I went in for a basic oil change. I placed a reservation online and they confirmed it. I arrived 15 minutes early and they reviewed what else could be done for the car. I advised all I needed was an oil change, but the service rep was pretty insistent that I needed more. This car has had every service done that's recommended by Toyota and decided to trust him. Bought a new car. Tire went flat same weekend. Way too much bickering among service associates about handling the repair. Service agent didn't take the time to match the new tire with the existing tires on the car. Ended up having to buy matching tire on my own.
Before I arrived I asked specifically, is there anything wrong with the car? Any dints, scratches? Please check so I don't waste my time. They say nope nothing, and then I buy the car to see a small chip in the windshield, you know and I know they would have checked for it, seen it and said nothing. Rav 4 problems with front camera and safety info malfunctions while under warranty. Offered a rental car since they needed 24-48 hours to work on car. Was shuttled to pick up rental car then told it would not be covered. Called Customer Care and was advised the car should be covered. Three days later I was advised the car was ready only to find it not working properly. Service advisors Tech said my cars rear brakes were at #8 and need replacement..Wipers ,Cabin air filter, Engine air filter needed replacement..Went to brakes plus ..As usual rear brakes and filters and wipers were all good nothing needed to be replaced.....

No one seems to know what they are doing. They quote one price for a particular service but when you go to pay for it, hocus- pocus, the price went way up.
