I went ìn to have my oil changed and serviced and tires rotated. When I got home I noticed that my tires had not been rotated called back and they said we check with service manager and get back with you. No call back from them. Makes ÿou feel like or wonder if they did all the work they said they did. Is my truck safe to drive on my long trip with my family? Left feeling unsure.

Trash, ford service is cheaper and they wash your car. Toyota charged a $12 miscellaneous fee which basically I lost twelve bucks because they felt like charging me a miscellaneous fee.

Terrible services but only after purchasing the vehicle. The sales reps were great, but aren't they all. Been up there with nothing but lies and no returned calls.

Less than ideal, would have been a 1 star but they at least made good on fully compensating the replacement part and process.

We called right after we bought our car. Someone said we could bring it in one afternoon so we made an appt. When that day came they said we needed to bring it early like 7;30am instead since we didnt have a rental car. Then we made a Saturday 7:30am appt and drove an hour to get there and they said that since the error light wasnt on they couldnt help us. The light had to be on.

Car was on loan when I got there to test drive it. I called prior to leaving my house and was told it was on the lot and ready to drive. This was a 45 minute drive wasted.

Took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back my traction light was on, they had to take it back and fix it. Took 5 hours, ugh!
