Took it in for a check engine. Took 4 days to diagnosis what the problem even was. Still not convinced the problem is completely resolved.

1 tire pressure was low 2 positive battery terminal was corroded 3 cabin air filter assy. Was disconnected 4 i had to request a car wash 5 i waited to be helped and finally a manager addressed me and asked if I needed help Once I was addressed service rep was friendly and very helpful 5 stars for her also I was 15 minutes late for my appointment I guess because I'm a aircraft maintenance inspector my expectations are higher than the average person TY

Replaced my brake pads, turned my rotors. Had to take it back because they did a crappy job, and the brakes made horrible sounds. They turned rotors again; still making sounds. Very frustrated

Pretty close to terrible. dealing with people who lack customer service experience does not appeal to me. Never experienced this lack of service when I drove a Mercedes, but now that I drive a 15 year old Camry with 75,000 miles, the service is absolutely lacking. My son received texts for my car, yet he has never owned a Toyota. According to the rep I spoke to about this, I was told that Toyota uses another company to handle communications. Just adds to my frustration.

Robert Moran was great as always but I had to wait there over five hours for the service due to shortage of techs which was unacceptable for what needed to be done.

Terrible. I waited about 9 hours just for a diagnosis for a check engine light and a tire change! The next day the light came back on anyway!
