Three emails from three different people at the dealership wanting me to come in. After replying to all three emails, a salesman told me the car they were advertising had not come in yet. Total waste of my valuable time and false advertisement!

They dont have right mechanics when I gave my car for oil change after that they told me the my Lexus IS 250 is not starting we have to diagnose so you you have to leave the car it was Saturday I ask for loaner car which they refuse i ask them give me keys I started my car till today the car is running good and I will never go to Toyota of Grapewine

Been using this dealership for a decade and I dont trust them with my new 2021 Tundra. They seem incompetent and didnt even change the oil last time I brought it in for servicing(mainly the oil change)

By email and a telephone call (yes a personal phone call) they offered me a free oil change but knew nothing about it when I arrived. Only after I showed them the email and they took MY PHONE with the email offer to the "manager" did they agree to it. Then a service that they said would take 45 - 60 minutes took 2 hours and 20 minutes. I'm not sure I will return.

Very personable service but it looks like the oil and filter should be changed and is verified by the last time it was done, but it wasn't. Another stop.......

I waited 2 hours before I found out that my tire needed patching. Then waited another 45 minutes for tire to get patched. The wait was extremely long, TToG needs loners so that people (like me)waiting don't waste their time just sitting there. Also to find the wheel lock they went into the glove compartment and left some documents out and also the wheel lock was not put back in it's place and just left where you put your beverages the knob that goes on the tire (to put air) is missing. Scheduled appointment at 7:00, arrived at 7:00. Was told they would call me and give me an estimate and ETA. At 1:30 (6 hours later) I had never received a call. I had to call myself and go through two queues. Could not get to a service rep ... got to a "coordinator" who told me they would call when it was done ... roughly 3:00. At 3:30 had not received a call. I had to call again. I wanted a key ... they did not tell me until 3:30 that they did not have keys in stock. This experience was awful. I confirmed my appointment with representative Matt Villatoro who was not there and the cat had been sold. A simple communication to inform me would have shown a bit of respect and honesty as made a long trip to get there after working all day. In a follow up communication Matt basically told me that was the market and too bad. It is this type of service that makes this car buying experience so awful!
