It was a range of emotions. First I call because my maintenance light came on and I advise it was time to have it service. No one on the told me that it would be a charge, but they did ask the mileage. We schedule my service and when I was speaking the service personal she ask what I was there for and I said the free service to my car. She told me to sign the paper and they will call when ready. 313 dollars later she advise that is what I owe. That's when the problems started. Oh its more.

They don't deserve even one star. They didn't want to honor the TOYOTA warranty on their own battery. I had to battle for that. They wanted me to pay for a new battery when I am sure that they were going to file it under warranty and TRY to have me pay as a new customer purchase. HA!!!! I know Warranty/Policy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Lost a customer for good.

Toyota of Grapevine - So far, no one EVER returns emails or phone calls (for service questions, prices and/or OEM parts numbers, etc). Have made about 10 request in past 7 months (even went by and spoke to their customer service rep, won't give his name here, who promised to call me because their "system was currently down" (yeah, right). He never called & never returned my follow-up calls. Lastly, my 2010 Prius is a IV, not a III, the seats are leather and not cloth & the color is Blizzard Pearl, not white. As usual, I provide the diagnosis myself here and can't rely on these guys to figure out what the issues are! The multi point inspection is just a check list for them, mark the check box and move on! Actual inspection/work is not done. The tech missed a basic leak from the windshield washer container. Some part of the engine bay was blue and he still missed it! They said car be fixed in two hours but car was unmoved for three hours after four hours they said car is ready which was the same then I speak to maintenance head he checked and said we used all our resources now you can bring car to the Infiniti highly disappointed

Not happy at all. The internet price was 15980 and I ended up paying 19k. It started by the salesman adding 1k and when I asked how he got that he said thats the taxes. The other taxes were already there the car title and all other stuff were already there. I left the office happy but came back so sad
