Very personable service but it looks like the oil and filter should be changed and is verified by the last time it was done, but it wasn't. Another stop.......

I waited 2 hours before I found out that my tire needed patching. Then waited another 45 minutes for tire to get patched. The wait was extremely long, TToG needs loners so that people (like me)waiting don't waste their time just sitting there. Also to find the wheel lock they went into the glove compartment and left some documents out and also the wheel lock was not put back in it's place and just left where you put your beverages the knob that goes on the tire (to put air) is missing. Scheduled appointment at 7:00, arrived at 7:00. Was told they would call me and give me an estimate and ETA. At 1:30 (6 hours later) I had never received a call. I had to call myself and go through two queues. Could not get to a service rep ... got to a "coordinator" who told me they would call when it was done ... roughly 3:00. At 3:30 had not received a call. I had to call again. I wanted a key ... they did not tell me until 3:30 that they did not have keys in stock. This experience was awful. I confirmed my appointment with representative Matt Villatoro who was not there and the cat had been sold. A simple communication to inform me would have shown a bit of respect and honesty as made a long trip to get there after working all day. In a follow up communication Matt basically told me that was the market and too bad. It is this type of service that makes this car buying experience so awful!

Upselling services. Blaming previous car care customer. Simple 40,000 check for $159.00 became $700. No shuttle service Friday or Saturday and no Uber voucher. Ive bought 3 new cars from this dealership. I think I will take my business elsewhere.

Not the best service. Adam made up for it at the end some, but this was my first car purchase and it was a nightmare at the beginning.
