There was a slight mistake made by service which I wanted to have corrected. It took 5 phone calls and three weeks to get it resolved. It was a very simple request, but I couldnt get my service advisor to return my calls and I felt very frustrated and irritated. I miss Sewell!

I was very frustrated with their service department. They make it impossible to get the status of your repair. I had an appointment, but it still took two days to make my repair. I would text my service adviser, but not hear back for 3 hours if at all. If I tried calling, either they would. leave my advisor a message, never receiving a call back, or automatically transfer me offshore. I tried repeatedly to talk to a manager to no avail. Car was supposed to be ready by 5 pm and then 9 am the next day . Still wasnt ready till later that afternoon. I even had an appointment. They also put the wrong oil in my car . I have always had the conventional oil and they put synthetic. I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for years . I have owned three Toyotas. The service has gone downhill. They didnt even apologize for the inconvenience this caused me. What a disappointment!

**Everyone needs to steer completely clear of this dealership if you want actual trustworthy, solid good business. They could not care less about your safety. After driving over an hour to their dealership for a car, they let us drive off the lot with an unsafe vehicle that had extremely worn, old tires on it and did not tell us. Took 5 hours to replace a battery that was was covered under warranty. Absolutely ridiculous and no communication was had throughout the process.
