Tried to sell me expensive and in my opinion unnecessary services at this time.
I was pressured to buy additional services. One example was for a tire rotation, which they state that they supposedly checked the my tires. Yet, two days later, by some mysterious event my tire pressure light came on and low and behold all four of my tires needed air! Why would they check my floor mats? Looking for something to steal? Maintenance inspection completed? What maintenance inspection? I would give the a "ZERO" star review if that were possible! The word "sleazy" comes to mind!
They look at a customer and his or car from the view point of "how much money can I make out of serving this car from this person"
I got the things done on my car for the 6 month check up and they said I needed back tires and I told them I wanted Michelin tires. They said ok. Then 3 hours later they come back and say they don't have that size and are going to give me Goodyear tires in a higher bracket. I tell them I don't like them and want Michelin ones. But they say these are better and I've been there 3 hours and they still are not done with my car and I give in. Its always 3 hours to just perform an oil change for my car.

Finance guy mislead the details and didn't disclose the finance charges. Be careful buying used.
