Took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back my traction light was on, they had to take it back and fix it. Took 5 hours, ugh!

asked to change cabin filter only if necessary, work order read customer requests filter change. Rep. tried to up sell additional service that I know I did not need. Wait time 1 and 1/2 hour for oil change, filters and inspection which seems in line

Upon pulling in for my vehicle to be serviced. I was greeted by a gentleman and was told to wait for my service advisor- stood & waited for at least 10-15mins. While waiting; I was also asked why I brought my vehicle to Texas Toyota if I bought it from Richardson

I was having some issues with my battery so I took it in to be looked at. They told me the wrong battery was in my vehicle however the same battery had been in my vehicle for almost 3 years with no issues or comments from Toyota. I always take my vehicle in to see them for regular maintenance. I'm not sure why they never noticed the "wrong" battery was installed. Didn't have a great experience this time around as well. I have AMP running boards and since I got the battery replaced, the tech was not able to figure out how to reconnect them. As a result, the running boards were not functioning but their lights were on, draining the brand new battery. I was not even made aware of this issue until I picked up my truck. It took 2.5 hours to change to do an oil change - ridiculous !!!!! I requested the air filter to be changed which they did but they did not secure the cover to the air filter box and it came off on the way home - poor quality control - I will not be back there for service.
