We had trouble with the loaner car, the backordered battery, the charges for the diagnostics. Syed tried to handle it but his assistant was fairly rude. The rental/loaner they offered was for only 5 of the 10 days of backorder, and the car smelled like a cat had been in it and sprayed. Very disappointing experience top to bottom!

All Texas Toyota is trying to do is to get as much money as they can from me (and any other customer). I was pressured three times to allow they to perform a service that was not needed. I only went there to get a recall fixed. I will never go back to them again.

This service was just like all the other times Ive had service there. It was just blah. Nobody was mean but, not really nice either. I feel like an obligation every time I go. Im very happy with my decision to not come back.

My windshield wipers were not replaced at all. I was told by the service rep that they were not in stock. Not truthful.

After supposedly detailed the vehicle it was left out side all day til the next day, when touch the paint it was rough and grabbi, not oil change occurred just, recall sensor change.

Made me wait two hours and then said it was not ready when I checked on it. Had to come back later to get it done since I needed to leave for another meeting. Not happy even after they paid for the service. Just a little bit of common sense would of helped to know that when you have an appointment then stick to it or let me know you cant do it in the time you said.
