I waited 5 hours to have the tires rotated and an inspection sticker. I was told that I needed about 4 additional services, which would have been a rip off as advised by another master mechanic. I will seek service else where!

We purchased a preowned vehicle from Grapevine Toyota, two days later the check engine light came on. We took it back to Grapevine Toyota and they cleaned the engine. Drove home, 2 days later the check engine light is on again. This time Grapevine Toyota said it was the catalytic converter and they would not fix unless we paid $2,000 for repairs. Beware of shady sales at Grapevine Toyota!

Not what it used to be. Maintenance required light has not been reset. Sticker on the windshild with updated dates were not put. Vechicle was just sitting in the lot and i had to go and ask if i could take it.

Since I traded in the Honda this past December, here in Kansas, Im curious how and why Im being asked to rate the recent service in Texas on said vehicle. Carfax information is seriously inaccurate. Former lessee.

Brought car in for an oil change and to look ant check engine light and other noise issues from last repair. Dealer tried to charge me $600 for looking at the car. Had to fight to get them to not charge me the fees. Gave the car back to me and never even did the oil change. I have purchased a car here with a bad experience 10 years ago with a terrible experience. I spent $14,000 in repairs here 6 months ago with a bad experience.
