Waited 3hrs for a 10K service, with appointment

Rude service advisor. Talked to me like I was dumb. They did not add air to my tire to get the pressure light to turn off. Also all they did was put water in my wiper fluid

car was not taken for service until I asked after 2 hrs

Very displeased! Will not go back even with FREE Oil Change coupon offered to me. Initial service provider was Vinny Nguyen, and he was horrible!!!!! An overdressed service salesman with no customer service etiquette at all. So don't let the suit fool you! He charged me $136+ for an oil change on a 4-runner, that I usually receive at Pat Lobb Toyota for half the cost, and they top of my fluids, plus give me a multipoint inspection result sheet. I had my front brakes done last february at Texas toyota of Grapevine last february and they messed them up. Had to take it back there because of a grinding and loud clicking sound. They said the pads had slipped so they basically redid it. The grinding went away but still have a loud clicking sound from the brake pads. I took it back and all they did was test drive it and they said they were fine. The car needs to be driven for at least 10 to 15 minutes for the clicking noise to appear.

Waited 2 hours. They didnt complete all of the services paid for. My air pressure light was even still on when I got my car back.

Never again. Overinflated prices with exuberant waiting time. Update: response to Mike - I see no good reason neither for discussion nor to finding solutions for sub par service at your dealership. Customer beware.
