Texas Toyota tries to up-sale me on every service. They want to add ZAK products to every system in my car. They are both owned by the same parent company - and it seems almost unethical if you ask me. If you dont hold them accountable, they will add ZAK products to your vehicle and not even ask if you want them or not. I want my oil changed, I dont want a modern day STP shoved down my throat. Their appointment system means nothing to my time and therefore I refuse to make one.

The dealer told me that my cabin filter and engine air filter were dirty and needed replacement. I literally just changed both a week prior, so I know they were trying to charge me $100 for nothing. I will not go back
