Tinting Services is Bad, i had a redo of a tint they damaged, did not properly removed the previous tint. Its not worthit coming back and forth to have it replaced again, will just look for someone else to do it.

The service advisor was rude. 1. Didnt hand me the paperwork after service was completed. 2. Ignored me when I went to request it.

I dropped of my car on Friday and was supposed to come back and pick it up Saturday. During that timeframe, they were going to replace my brake pads and detail my car. When I came to pick it up, I looked over the interior and they hadnt detailed a thing though I had been charged for it. I went back to the service advisor and he apologized but it would have been another 1.5 hours to have it detailed. I instead asked for a refund. I hope my brakes actually got replaced

i bought the car from there and the tail was broken next day i called them i told the story but they told me you bought the car. as is , i said ok so how you passed the inspection on this car when the tail light was broken and they didnt respond me yet , i gonna to complain to head quarter about this issue,

They had my car for three weeks but couldnt install the smallest part right. This is the second time with bad service from them and will not be going back

Worst experience ever. I still dont understand how this company has unprofessional liars working there. Everette Hoover is hands down the worse person to deal with. I bought two cars on the same day from this dealership, not to receive such a bad service experience. I bought extra warranty for my tires and wheels and my keys. One of my tire was leaking air constantly and was not safe for the roads. This person straight up told me he cant replace it because I dont have any warranty.
