- The overall service performance was poor - I waited for 1 hour and then approached the service team member to get the status. He said there I need to replace the oil pan and the oil change has not been performed. Then I asked him to return my car without the service. He then checked with the service tech and said he fixed the issue temporarily - I was not given proper updates

Already submitted a review. We were told a certain price and it was well over that price and we were also told 2 hours and it took over 3 with no one letting us know what was going on with the vehicle. Even after paying well more than was quoted we were told it needed more work and needed to come back in We wont be back to this Toyota.

They serviced my vehicle but left a nail in my tire, so clearly they didnt inspect the flat tire. They just added air and acted as if there wasnt anything wrong

With appointment scheduled, it still was a 3 hr oil change with no communication or follow through. Given a coupon for a free car wash that was missing the redemption code. And of course the service advisor had no clue on their own dealership service coupon and wanted to charge more!

I went in for brakes, inspection and a new battery. I had to go back 3 times to get it done. Once I finally did get my SUV completed my stereo and navigation system was dead. I asked service tech he said it was just a flux and could not do anything about it. I went through several individual at Grapevine Toyota and received the worst service. Not the first time to receive this type of treatment from Toyota but it is the last.

The service guy kept trying to up sell me, trying to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs to my truck. I will not be returning here.
