Not happy with the service. Paid over $700 and didnt get the quality I expected

This company I bought car from and had problems in 5 day went to get another one and they got me for 5000.00 dollars more trying to get a cheaper car

They lost my business. The Service Dept advised that I needed five services (each over $100). In addition, they stated, I needed tires. I asked to see the new tires b/f I buy them. It took 20 minutes b/f they brought a tire out (it wasn't the correct size tire). Also, I went Peerless Tires, and was advised, "Come back after I put 8,000 to 10,000 on the tires.

The tire tread was very low when we bought the car, which, of course we found out afterward. So we had to buy a brand new set within weeks of buying the car. We purchased a maintenance warranty which has never been honored by the dealership. They give us one excuse or another to not honor it. I was told, perhaps paperwork was not filed. They've had over 6 months to file it. This is unacceptable. We always take the car elsewhere for service and will be cancelling the warranty

We had an appointment at 10am. We waited over 2 hrs to have a device installed. We had to ask frequently about the status of our service. Once we left we notice that in order activate my anti theft device i needed a code. It took over a week of me calling and calling to finally get the code. Was very disappointed.

The Advisor Syed Hossain was trying to make money on me, the price we discussed was hug different after the vehicle was done, really upset.
