Even though I had an appointment I had to wait a long time for service with little communication on how long it was going to take.

They dont ever call you back to schedule service on their warranty you purchase through them!!!!

Took 3 hour to just do break fluid and tire rotation. Everyone who after me left. But one gentleman offerd me free wiper blades which took forever and never got made it to shop.

After booking the appointment online they took over 2 hours to do an oil change on my car that should only take 10-15 mins

Communication about what is going on with your vehicle and when it will be completed was poor. Face to face customer service is good. Facilities were a little above expectations with the except of where we could or could not sit. Mostly, my problem was not found but a fix was talked about and after paying a grand in parts and labor, the issue still remains. Horrible troubleshooting skills/time management. Take my service elsewhere.

After replicating the issue a couple months ago and ordering the wrong shock, they fixed the issue using an unrelated repair. As soon as I got home from the service, the issue was replicated. I repeatedly mentioned this same issue at every service, with them ignoring it. This last time, they had be wait for 4 hours, but I got up and asked where we were. This dealership is slightly better that Toyota of Dallas, but not by much. They refuse to involve the customer in the repair.

This will be the last time I used this dealership. The list of issues and reluctance to actually solve issues has been compounding. This last time, I waited for 4 hours without having an update on what was going on. Finally, I asked the service advisor what is going on, and was told they could not replicate the problem. I asked, why wasn't informed so I can replicate the issue for the techs, since this is the reason why I wait; there was no response. This was the last, of many things.

Well I havent had the best experience at Toyota. They did the valve spring recall on my 2013 frs. I was unaware that this procedure required my engine to be removed. They didnt notify me that they were taking my motor out even tho I feel that that is protocol at most dealers. They kept it for two weeks did some other repairs. I didnt even have my car back for a week after its service at Toyota before my motor seized up on the highway. It is now back at Toyota getting a new short block. Fml
