The workmanship we received was TERRIBLE! I actually took our car back for a second alignment and it still was not correct. I ended up taking it to a different Toyota service center in another state where the service was AMAZING!

I spent over 700.00 on brakes, etc in my last visit. As usual, the lady always calls me and tries to upsell me on additional items that need attention. After going through that list I agreed to have the brake pads replaced. When I got home that evening, I received in the mail a $50.00 gift card from you all. We called the service department that evening before closing and they said I needed to talk to Don. He was on the phone but he would call me back. No phone call! Disappointing. Lost custome

The service department never returns phone calls. Does not matter what day, month or time of day, or what service advisor. I have never had a returned call to answer my questions. Bad service!

Quoted me for 200 dollar battery (which is crazy already) then installed a battery and tried to charge $300 for the battery itself. Saying that my Nissan Versa was special so it needed a special battery.
