No different from the other negative reviews. Unorganized, asked for the same documents over and over. Impossible to get ahold of anyone when you have questions. Rude to deal with. Took over 3 months to get closed. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

A total waste of time, I could have just paid for home renovations with my credit card, sold my house and bought a new house by now.

Team was unorganized and slow to respond with details and next steps. Took way too long to close. Felt like we were taken for granted.

I started the loan process end of January. Today April 6 was told my loan would not go thru. I was told today in February the loan was not going to go through today. You have totally unqualified people working who do not understand fiancé. You lie and do not communicate to the people until three weeks later. Plus the bosses are morons. My neighbor had the same issue.

Closing day was a Circus. My wife and I felt alone in the process, nobody to guide us through on our closing day. After closing I have reached out several times and zero replies back. Texas Lending got what they needed and now have stopped all communication. If I could rate lower I would.

It took over 90 days to close, cost me $250 to extend my lock, and I was asked to back date a document so the loan could fund in March. Only thing that kept me from walking away was Susan our loan agent.

Terrible follow- up and worst experience of a home refi anyone could ever experience. TX Lending messed up and cost me more money! I will never use TX Lending again and I will tell everybody I know not to use TXLending!
