This was my second time working with TexasLending and just as the first time, it was so easy to do. Howard Lemon was very helpful and made the process as painless as possible, he always answered all my questions and made it easy for me to download all my documents. If I should ever decide to do a refi again, I will definitely go with TexasLending.

Customer service here is great. Everyone I interacted with was very responsive and knowledgeable. As a customer, if you provide timely responses & requested documentation & signatures, each step of the process will be completed quickly. My refinance had some complicating factors & as a result had some delays/hangups related to how the property was deeded & some changes that needed to be made in order to complete a cash-out refinance. Everything went good. It was a quick, smooth transaction. My only complaint was that I wanted to get $5,000 back I got $3900, even tho I had more than enough equity. But I would use Texas Lending again.
Brenn Miller and Heather Parker were very professional and a pleasure to work with during this process. The loan closed within a month of us starting the process. I will recommend Brenn and Heather to my friends when they need to redo their loan
