I was not happy with the experience we were suppose to close on May 10 and we did not until almost June 10th. It was horrible communications and only time I got guidance was when I requested a call to talk about contents in electronic documents or emails. Working with this company was stressful more then it should have been. My real-estate agent also stated it was the worse lender she has ever worked with.

There was definitely a communication gap in our experience, because I Informed one of my point of contacts of the update I requested to be made to the documents and it was never filtered down to the correct people. I sent several emails explaining that an update neededto be made to my documents and the updates never occurred. When we were driving to the title company for the closing, we received a call that it was canceled due to missing documentation. This is my 2nd time using Texas Lending. The first time was such a wonderful experience, so much so I recommended it to family and friends. My first experience was smooth, quick and easy. This time around unfortunately I cannot say I had the same experience. I initiated the loan process around March 15th, my loan finally closed on 4/25, as of today my old mortgage is still not paid in full although a bank wire was sent. I'm so disappointed this time about my experience.
