Slow and the slowness costs the customer money in rate and points. Either the loan officer has too many loans or was not great at getting things in on time.

The option of having paper trail took a bit longer. At closing July 30th there was NO representative to answer questions. Only a notary how should not be answering questions. However I did ask the notary to call someone which no one called back.

Hire competent people to review documents and underwrite. I lost my lender credit due to underwriting taking so long and rate lock expired. Very frustrating experience with constant requests for documents that I did not have. I definitely won't be recommending Texas Lending.
