Hire competent people to review documents and underwrite. I lost my lender credit due to underwriting taking so long and rate lock expired. Very frustrating experience with constant requests for documents that I did not have. I definitely won't be recommending Texas Lending.

Our home was in a trust which complicated our refinance as the team at TX Lending and our chosen Title company did not understand the Title process. We ended up having to pull the home out of the trust to continue the refinance. The communication of Texas lending was not the best. The Loan Processor and Mortgage Consultant did not seem to be on the same page and would send emails requesting the same documents within minutes of each other.
