It was a total disaster from beginning to end. We were promised things that were not kept, we were told lie after lie. We actually left you and was going to use another lender and when we left we received a phone call telling us you could keep our closing costs down to $4500 and you would waive all fees and points originally charged, so we came back only to have a nightmare of an experience. We had paid off a few CC's in the beginning and then the day of closing they didn't have the final CD until after we were already at... read more

I can only presume that my experience was not typical (I hope anyway). These people took THREE MONTHS to complete my REFI CASHOUT. How that possible? I gave them everything they asked for starting in November of this past year and they dragged their feet until mid-January, with my pressing them, to finally close. As I told their agent, my experience was nothing like what their commercials described.

Texas Lending should have stated what they could and could not do on initial interview phone call, but they did not. Made my wife and I to feel like we were criminal suspects having to prove, reprove, re-reprove, many statements of fact. Not once was there in any way anything untrue stated or sent. There was a rather long break involved as we (wife & I) had to get home foundation, then foundation plumbing repairs made. Once those repairs were made and inspected by the appropriate professionals, it then took TL.com 30 days ... read more

Wow! Wow! Wow! My loan process went as smooth and quick as it can be. The 12 day close timeline turned out to be 15 days, but then there were so many hurdles to jump over. I was surprised that my loan went so quick and efficient. The home appraiser set up the appraisal appointment with less than one days notice and the appraisal paperwork was completed the same day. Closing was immediate after all the documents and home appraisal were gathered. I was also surprised that the title company was open on a Saturday, and I clos... read more

This was the most stressful and unpleasant experience of my life. The stress on my wife was so great one of here eyes crossed. The optomologist said it is either a Palsy or a stroke caused by stress. It may also be a permanent condition and require surgery

Couldn’t get their stuff together. Very unorganized. Missed deadlines. Trying to do things that should have been done way in advance at the very end. Their mistakes on timing and getting together cost me over 1000 in extra expenses.

The lender did not listen to my needs and neglected the time frame I needed. The mistake one one person of the teams part cost me over 1k in expenses bc they didn’t get the paperwork together In time. Verifying employment and payoff should be done way before the day before closing and day of.
