Don't do business with this company. They are truly inept, as they strung us along for more than two months, only to make it impossible to close. Don't do business with them.

Very lengthy process. The same documents were requested over and over. It took over two months to finally close. The longer the process drug on, the less cash in hand we received. Seems like every disclosure increased I'm fees.

My experience was horrible the loan process took over 30 days. Communication was terrible things would change and would not communicate that to us. When we closed cash amount was different then on our disclosure . Will recommend a different company. We will use someone else next time

My overall process was horrible. I started the process on May 23rd, 2019 and didn't close until August 2nd, 2019, the entire process took 71 days. A total of 70 emails where sent. The process took so long that one of the associated involved quit. I would not recommend using this company for a refinance. They in fact cost me more money then saving me money. Issues faced: 1. Communication was horrible. I often had to do all the follow up work. 2. The appraisal company low balled my appraisal. I was told the appeal would ... read more

Kept asking for paperwork that was already provided. One side not talking to the other. Putting 50% down should be easy

Some minor easy fix issues. One thing that really upset me was I pay my insurance and taxes myself . If you do this they charge points???? Really ????. They changed the taxes to private pay but still rolled my insurance in the payment. I can live with that but all this was communicated at the beginning.

At the beginning of the process, everything was very smooth and there was plenty of personal interaction. As the process went on, I had to drag information out of both Christopher Johnson and Dianna Dunn. Initially a closing date was set, but due to the appraisal company not contacting me for an appointment for over a week after I had already paid them, our closing was delayed. Also the appraiser did not meet the deadline given by Texas Lending to have the report completed. I would NEVER recommend that appraisal company... read more

Horrible!!! If I could leave half a star I would. For starters I had trouble getting ahold of my lender. I had questions through the process that would take days to get answered at one point it took more then a week to get a phone call returned. Before closing I had call to see if the amount was correct for me to get the cashiers check but didt get a phone call, it wasn't until the title company clarified the amount the day of with it being a 600 dollar difference. This was my second house i have bought and this has been th... read more
