I wasn’t happy with the $ 319 charge that showed up on the week of closing because you had to extended the rate lock. I have provided all the documents that were requested within 24 hours of request. Penalising me for your delay is not acceptable.

So very many mistakes by so many parties in this process. It was slow, cumbersome, filled with inaccuracies, and false promises. This loan took over 3 months to process. If we did not have other assets, we would have lost a home purchase that we were working. The ladies who helped me through this process, Ashley Rimmer-Ratzel & Taylor Diggs were fantastic! Home financing has always been a confusing, anxiety inducing process for me; and now it has all gone online. Yikes! The appraiser miscalculated the square footage of my house by over 500 sq. ft. which affected the value by over $50k. The surveyor, CBG, did not mark all of the corners of my property and then charged another $200 to come back out and finish the job. The closing time was set and changed 3 times. The people at Texas Lending that I spoke with were always very pleasant and polite and happy. But, they always blamed the third party companies and never offered to try and correct the problems. Loan officer,, James, called constantly on "auto-dial" not knowing who I was or anything about my loan, blamed it on auto-dial. The loan information was incorrect multie times forcing us to go back to under-writers multiple times. Asked for same information multiple times as though it was never received. Went into signing not knowing the final #s. Told of my signing appointment for the first time on the day of signing. Get a list of things required up front. I asked for it, never saw one. You continually asked for things you already had. The first day, I told you guys I would need a survey, not a word until an underwriter asked you guys. 4 weeks later, we finally had one. Constant emails asking for things you had, some things I had to send twice.
