They were clean in the bathroom,piece is now missing in my floor,i know because I cleaned the floor the day before they came,very cheap shower head,liked my old one better,no adjustments on it,salesman told me you don't need a mat in tub,well yes you do.if it weren't for the grab bar i probably would have fallen,
