Worst stay ever at a hotel. Will never stay there again. We stayed in room on Maxine side, room had a stale mildew smell, sheets and duvets were dirty, box with beer in it was taken from room when serviced, calls to front desk went unanswered, we had to physically go to front desk, walls and furniture were dirty, shower had half glass wall which caused water to flow onto bathroom floor, each time we left room for extended time room cards had to be reactivated. Would never stay here again, not clean, not worth it. Cleanliness. The bathroom was surface clean and not cleaned properly. Nothing! This hotel room absolutely stinks. It smells like mold as soon as you walk into the buildings. The rooms were not cleaned properly, no towels when we came in, not even positive it was cleaned before we got there. Staff were not friendly at all. The room keys stopped working for us twice. And about 5 other people keys stopped working as well at the same time, no exaggeration.

Unfortunately, the magnetic stripe on the key cards are sensitive and tend to deactivate when exposed to heat, or placed next to cell phones and credit cards. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Honteux ! À fuir ! Sale équipement absolument pas au rendez-vous. Piscine inexploitable par sa saleté. Aucun ménage de c HONTEUX ! À FUIR ! Surtout ne pas réserver cet hôtel. La chambre était très sale, des traces partout sur le sol, des cheveux partout dans la douche, des cheveux dans les draps propres.. Nous sommes restés du mardi au lundi d’après soit 6 jours aucun service de chambre. Fair It doesn’t have. Pool you have to go other hotels to get in there no ice machines you have to go across to use a ice machine no restaurant bar in lobby was always closed soon wasn’t the cleanest hallways smelled super bad Staff was nice

My stay at the Catalina "beach club" The staff was rude, from the moment i walked in i did not feel welcomed at all, tried to call the front desk several times throughout our stay with different questions and staff here did not answer the phone once, not once and each time id go down stairs thinking perhaps they were busy there would be 2 or 3 of them just standing around, ignoring calls. After 3 days i discovered instead of charging me a 500.00 deposit, i was charged 500.00 on one card and 306.66 unbeknownst to me for a pay... read more
