Still near the top of our favorites. I had Vleis Pastie and big bowl of carrot ginger soup. She had Kingsklip, a South African white fish. As always, everything was excellent. Wait staff extremely friendly and efficient

The food was absolutely delicious. The chef came to our table, shared some history about the restaurant and some special menu items. He was delightful. My husband ordered a steak that was not well done for the first time in his life and loved it. I ordered the Kingclip fish topped with crab and lobster and it was amazing! The sticky toffee pudding was the finale! An excellent atmosphere and meal- this is a "must try".
This is absolutely the best restaurant we have found in Houston since we moved a year ago. Chef Paul is incredible and creates one of a kind dishes. Galina has been our waitress two times and is so friendly! Everyone who works there treats you like family. From when you call to make a reservation all the way until the end, is a wonderful experience. The drinks and wine are flavorful and unique. The staff all love working for this classy, lovely restaurant!

Food was amazing. Drink was amazing. Chef and waitress were so amicable. Petra was our waitress!
Fried calamari great. The squid was tender and the breading was uniquely flakey. The jerk snapper was an adventure of flavor with delicious seasoning coating the fish. 10/10.
